Low G crystal for 5G cellular, V2X automotive connectivity
Fox Electronics has introduced their VIBRATION RESISTANT CRYSTAL - C3VR. The low G sensitivity crystal can improve dynamic performance of customer systems under harsh conditions. It has a maximum 0.2ppb/G acceleration sensitivity rating. It is not unusual to see an oscillator at rest, (no external vibration), outperform one under vibration by 30dB at 1G. Applications that could benefit from using the C3VR technology are 5G cellular, V2X automotive connectivity, G.fast DSL, or Ethernet networking
SemiQ Inc. announce the 3rd gen 1700V SiC Schottky Diode.
Michael T. Robinson, SemiQ President states that, "This 1700V Silicon Carbide Schottky Diode is the lastest extension to our gen 3 product family. The platform was designed and built for reliability and ruggedness. It features dual layer chip passivation with over 12 million device hours of HTRB and H3TRB. Packaged devices are 100% avalanche tested in production ensuring even greater device ruggedness.
Type Q, Defibrillator Capacitors for AEDs and Professional Use
Designed specifically for today’s quick response defibrillators, the Q Series meets the reliability demands of Class III medical devices. Used extensively in professional-grade and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), the series offers designers the highest in-class energy density and broadest range of packaging options. Q Series capacitors are designed for use in monophasic and bi-phasic defibrillators with energy densities as high as 2 J/cc.
